The primary mission of a flight dispatcher remains customer service, in person as well as over the phone. Being the first contact, the flight dispatcher teams-up with his colleagues to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the flights depending upon the priorities, weather conditions and insures the compliance with Canada’s aviation regulations.
The main mission of the ramp agent is to insure the Cargair and Max Aviation’s fleet refueling in order to comply with scheduled flight times. The ramp agent monitors the cleanliness of the airplanes and manages movements on the ramp. He partners with all other services in order to insure the smooth progress of the day.

Under the supervision of the chief instructor, you will be a key player within a dynamic team where everyone’s contribution is essential to the company’s success. You will be responsible for ground course, preparatory grounds and have access to multiple supervision position according to your qualifications.
